Delivery Terms

1.       Countries of delivery
We deliver orders within Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and other EU countries. If delivery to a specific country is not available, this will be indicated during checkout.

2.       Delivery methods and couriers
Orders are delivered via reliable courier services (Omniva, DPD, Itella Smartpost, DHL, or other partners depending on the destination).

3.       Delivery time

•          Estonia: 2–7 working days.
•          Other EU countries: 5–14 working days, depending on the courier and destination.
  Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.

4.       Delivery cost
The delivery cost depends on the chosen delivery method and is displayed at checkout before confirming the order.

5.       Receiving the order
The Customer must check the parcel upon delivery. In case of visible damage, a note must be made with the courier, and the Seller must be informed immediately.
