Return and Refund Policy

1.       In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and consumer protection laws, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract and return the goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without providing any reason.

2.       To initiate a return, the Customer must notify the Seller by e-mail and return the goods within 14 days after such notification. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

3.       Returns must be sent to the following address:
Jaunburtnieku iela 5, Marupe, LV2167, Latvia.
Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

4.       Returned goods must be in their original condition, complete, and in unopened and undamaged factory packaging.

5.       Exceptions / non-returnable items:

•         perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants),
•          custom-made items (special orders or personalized products),
•          personal care products (cosmetics),
•          dietary supplements and vitamins.
  Opened or damaged packaging cannot be returned.

6.       We do not accept returns of discounted products or gift cards.

7.       Exchange: the fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

8.       Refunds: we will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund was approved. If approved, the funds will be automatically refunded to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
Please note that processing and posting the refund by your bank or credit card company may take additional time.

9.       The Customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless otherwise expressly stated by the Seller.
